I'm gonna give this a whirl folks. Pitching matchup and lineups featured tonight in the Bronx. Looks like Headcase gets the nod over Ells.

Just getting some throws in? I consider him unusable with an 8 run lead. Maybe get Betances some work and maybe a confidence boost on the occasion that they actually need him to pitch a in a meaningful spot at some point in this series

In addition to warming Green up twice.....with an 8 run lead.

When these guys are running on fumes Wednesday remember how stupid it was to get them loose up 8 runs in the late innings tonight.

Reminds me of nothing but Torre in 2004, using Gordon and Quantrill in just about every game. Gordon finished game 3 with something like a ten run lead.

Crazy thing is Dellin is just as likely to strike out the side as he is to throw multiple pitches behind the hitters. We'll see

Betances is done for this season. Really tough to see. Been so good for a while now but given his prior history, you have to wonder if he'll be able to overcome this. Even next season
