Here we go ladies. Huge game this afternoon. Absolutely huge. Win and it's all tied up. Lose and the Yankees are playing the elimination game.
Great call by Mr. Shock with the Romine insertion. He'll be behind the dish for Gray and Sanchez will DH. I like it. Here's the pitching matchup - no lineup out for Houston yet - but it's time to get it the fuck on.
2.) we haven't had any DH production anyway
3.) Sonny throws in the dirt a ton
No excuses. This team can take down the Astros. Let’s get it on boys. In Sonny (and B) we trust!
no day off in the Bronx today - ( New Window )
Going back to Houston all tied up.
Going back to Houston all tied up.
That's not possible.
And while it might be nice to give Sanchez a break in July, they just had an off day in a playoff series. And what if Romine gets hurt? Then Sanchez has to go in and they lose the DH. Don't like this.

Thank was great!
"His slider is actually his primary pitch now. He throws the low-80s slider nearly 40 percent of the time. He’s cut down significantly on his four-seam fastball usage (52.6 to 27.2 percent) and utilized his sinker more (24 percent). He’ll occasionally use his curveball and changeup, but he’s basically a fastball-slider pitcher.
Thanks to the slider, he’s become a significant strikeout pitcher. He was eighth among pitchers with at least 100 innings in strikeout rate with a 29.5 percent mark. The guy ahead of him? Clayton Kershaw. The guy behind him? Luis Severino."
Brad Peacock may be Astros’ secret weapon in Game Four - ( New Window )
First 15 starts (healthy): 2.69 ERA (2.72 FIP), 29.1 K%, 7.1 BB%, 63.9 GB%
Last 7 starts (dealing with back trouble): 8.53 ERA (4.41 FIP), 18.4 K%, 9.5 BB%, 56.1 GB%
Let's hope that back is acting up
That means the Yanks should be into their Houston bullpen by the 5th inning at the latest.

Oh shit. I forget the WS is 2-3-2. What a dope. I've only watched it for 200 years. Slow learner.

Should be LCS AND WS

In the off-chance that Romine gets hurt, Girardi will use the likes of Headley, Ellsbury, and Holliday as pinch-hitters and treat it like a National League game. The odds that Romine gets hurt, and gets hurt early such that the 9-hole batter has to be occupied by a pitcher for multiple attempts is very low.

Lose the DH? Lulz. Who would notice? We could put Chapman up there to hit and he wouldn't perform any worse than our DHs have this postseason
Need Gray to get 6 and not be a batting practice..time for him to show up better
Yes sir. I'm on the road in Philly and my hotel doesn't get FS1 apparently so I had to head to the bar. Gonna be a long night
