will all be year to year at this point because of age alone. All can still play at varying levels of effectiveness but this group alone is going to cause lots of turnover at the position in the next 1-2 years.
I think Ben, Palmer and Rivers will hang em up first. Eli, Brady and Brees all seem to be interested in hanging around as long as they can but who knows at their age.
The Jets, Browns, Jags and 49ers have nothing at the position.
There is potential for an interesting carousel with guys like Tyrod Taylor, Alex Smith and Cousins. All guys who have proven they can start somewhere.
I wonder if the Redskins try to get Alex Smith. Would be interesting. I'm hoping they get mired in QB futility for a while. Could Smith's struggles return outside of Andy Reid's influence? Maybe WASH gets lured into offering him an MVP-level contract based off of this year's results, then Gruden returns Smith into an after-thought as an NFL QB?
Not sure which direction they go in, but still believe Cousins wants out of WASH.

I think Cousins leaves, McCoy starts in 2018, and the Redskins draft a QB in the first round.

Jury is out on Browns and 49ers. I haven't seen Kizer play this year but gotta give him some time.
No guarantee CJ Beathard becomes a star but his performance in Washington was pretty good considering the circumstances.
At home against Dallas, full week of practice with the starters....should be good.
