and they have the beginnings of a good young nucleus so I think they can be fun to root for. At least to start the season anyways.

I just prefer to root for my teams to win. Never could get into the rooting against my team thing.

Going to be a season long “argument” losing vs. winning so I’m not going to bother wading into those waters. I won’t tell others how to feel. I want a top 3 pick. Luka, MG3 or Porter please! But I won’t knock people who want them to win. Just want KP to take a step forward and Frank to play and play well. I like Willy but I think it’s “easy” to find players like that so he’s a lesser concern (still want him to play 20+ every night)

ONt particularly like Carmelo Anthony and never have (pre Knicks either) but I don’t teally have any burning desire to beat him. If KP drops 37 and they beat him then wonderful. If Courtney Lee drops 27 and they win.. meh

I just think it would a great story and a fun way to begin the season. Would be great for KP's to take on his "mentor" and come out ahead.

Again not very likley to even happen though.
