After the Okwara IR, I took a look through some of Nigel Harris' numbers and some highlights last year at USF. Great athletic combine numbers, but perhaps evaluated as a bit undersized for the position. Guy played well enough as an UDFA for San Diego in preseason to earn a roster spot with the injury to Perryman.
The Giants lack quick-twitch athleticism at LBer and I would love to see this guy get some burn on special teams with his speed and LB skillset.
Have a look at some YouTube USF Highlights to get a feel for his quickness, which looks far more impressive than our lumbering veterans at the position.

He's a play-maker. There have been cases of these kinds of LBs (undersized) that have made big impacts as pros.
