Given where we are, the nature of the game we all just witnessed, I expected more of a reaction with more threads, more replies etc... It being so quiet here right now tells me a lot.

Today's game was how I expected last week to go. Battle hang around only to get blown out late.
Expect more of the same the rest of the way. Last week was the anamoly. D plays hard but can't stop the tide. Offense is an abomination. I don't think it should be this bad but it is.
I didn't watch any of last weeks win or today's game. The rule changes, political bs, and Giants poor play has made my desire to watch any NFL games decline rapidly.
The defense played tough. The offense played up to expectations.

We're just too undermanned on offense now. We're already down our top 3 WR's - then you lose your best offensive lineman today. Most teams probably won't overcome that.
I thought the defense did a decent job given the circumstances. They gave us a chance to win. The offense just couldn't get it done - and as critical as I've been of the coach, it's tough to blame him or Eli or really anyone for this. I had no problem with the playcalling - we just couldn't produce.
It's a sunk season. It's disappointing to not even have any sort of chance this early on, but.. this is where we are.
