Sheppard wasnt very good last year. Dude played all 16 games, barely in on 50 tackles and zero impact plays. Not excited at all he is poss coming back.
The biggest knock on Goodson is if he can shake the injury prone label or not. He's played only 5 games so far and already has better production than Sheppard over a full season. I think he's had some bad moments but I cut him some slack since it's his first year and banged up a bit in the games he's played. No one really thought he was going to be a world beater in the pass game, but hopefully serviceable. He's got a nose for the ball and physical, something that has been lacking from our LB corp for a while now.
