I want an older experienced coach. Gruden/Cowher-esque. Not saying either of them would do it. Just want someone to stabilize the ship and command respect due to being prior winners. Make the rest of the team respect him from the start. Then hopefully the successor comes from his staff after Eli retires and whomever he grooms is ready to take over. And by groom I mean the new QB Eli grooms.

The only way that happens if this team goes on an inexplicable second half run and pulls up to 6-10 or better. That would imply a winning record in the 2nd half of the year and that McAdoo "figured things out".
