The reference to the Saturday practice and changing their day off would indicate the player was used to a different regimen than the one Ben instituted. The day off change has been done since Ben became HC, but supposedly the Sat. practice has been since Ben has been part of the coaching staff.

Being that Vernon has been a spectator for some time, it's not likely that he would be bitching about having a Sat. practice. I would think JPP is one of them and even though Snacks publicly stated it was cowardly, he's been around the NFL long enough to appreciate not having to practice on a Sat. and might have made his feelings known anonymously.

Jenkins got suspended and maybe has a grudge, and 1/2/'18 starts his contract 'out' and will ask/ beg OUT.
Apple, regardless of the situation of his mom, seems spoiled(the history of winning at THE O makes failure harder) and holding is his way of not getting 1upped by his opponent(especially one he can't catch from behind).Plus, last year he said he would speak whatever's on his mind.
Though I would miss his great tackling skills if he somehow was off the team ;-).
