It's better now that we find out who Ben is rather than go 8-8 6-10 then 5-11 and fire him in 3 years... I want a stud QB and rebuild this the OL. Take the pieces on D and O build around them and find a system that works... it can be done.. and it can be done quickly but we need smart people at the helm.

Though McAdoo is a terrible HC I doubt they get rid of him mid se4ason. We'll be lucky if they fire him after this season. And really lucky if they get rid of Reece as well.
