The offense is not good. In fact, it is bad. But the defense is the most horrid unit the Giants have ever had. An absolute abomination.

Giants teams would have taken pride in just playing good defense. Regardless of what the offense did.

that averages a little over 200 and you think they are blameless? If they hold this team to their average, NY probably wins the game. Not that it f'ing matters at this point.

for two seasons. The defense got plenty of credit last season. This season the defense started badly and now they have given no effort at all the last two games. Yes you can blame the defense.

Even after the O's injuries, I expected this supposed top D to basically win games by shutting down opposing O's, getting turnovers ad putting the O in decent enough shape to score and manage the game. Ala the 2000 Ravens.

I didn't expect them to be as dominant and great as that Raven D but I did expect them to carry this team like that Raven D with their team.

in each of their last 3 games. If our D does that, we win. Philly, Tampa and SD games all winnable if the defense plays well.

Anyone who thought that this O-line was ok and the RB's were ok going forward I don't know what to tell you but it was blatantly obvious last year and they didn't solve the issue

So big deal the offense didn't improve. That's no excuse for the defense to absolutely suck. Only a bunch of pussies would use poor play on offense as an excuse for their own shitty performance. Are you saying the defense is full of pussies?

again. Last week, 51 points. This week make the freaking 49ers look like an offensive juggernaut. Lack of effort from many players.

they showed that last year. What the defense lacks is leadership and tenacity. As soon as the going gets tough, these guys quit. It's an embarrassment to great Giants teams to watch Jenkins, JPP and Apple on the field. These guys have made a business decision to give-up... the lack of leadership in the locker room and on the field allows this to happen. The Giants have to clean house. Part of that housecleaning is getting rid of these clowns who gave-up on their teammates.

Any player thinking about last season needs to get another job. This season the O is bad and injured but the D is just collecting a check. There are some big money D players who should be ashamed of how they've played.

when the offense keeps hanging you out to dry. It fucking snowballs into the shit show you saw today.
