he clearly wasn't ready for this job, or, perhaps, even the offensive coordinator job he was originally hired for

this has reached the historically bad "he who shall not be named" level of incompetence, arrogance, and fractured team chemistry

hopefully, he can rebound and continue a successful career with a different organization in whatever capacity he winds up in

I'm sure even he realizes now that its not going to be here

This is Reese's hire and should be fired for the decision to hire him, promoting him, and not seeing the warning signs.
Both should be shown the door

blind and asked me which week this was other then the mention of the team they were playing I wouldn't know which week this was. This has absolutely gotten to be Ground Hog Day! Same shit show over and over and over and over and over again!! Get this grease ball out of here already, I want to vomit every time he pops up on my TV screen!!!!!
