a lot of good will is being lost with the players, Mara needs to acknowledge the problem, fire those responsible and attach a grounding wire from the top of the organization to send a positive message for the off-season and moving into next season.

Hopefully McAdoo has had a chance to look at the tape. Though probably not. He's probably waiting until after the press conference so he doesn't have to answer the tough questions.

Although I'm sure we'll all be disappointed by the media questions. They talk a tough game and then treat him with kids gloves once in front of him. They may ask some tough questions but they don't press him on things when he clearly dodges the questions asked.

is feeling the axiety of knowing he is part of this mess - perhaps the biggest part - and may have to remove himself & brother from football ops which will kill him.

But, I wouldn't put money on Reese or McAdoo lasting more than a week after the season ends. Personally, I fire them the morning after the last game.
