How? Biz is clearly not a guard, and in the summer proved himself to be as raw as raw gets. If we are sticking with 10, it's probably a better idea to have a vet in for depth and a few snaps if Fluker can't go, because plugging in a guy like Bisnowaty is an easy way to end the iron man streak.

That's not possible and it's a horrible idea if it were.
He will be able to get a contract but it will be basically get minimum with a signing bonus.
He can't stay healthy.
Good player when on the field.
It started out well for NYG (e.g. keep the best athletes regardless of position, and use practice squad for development, not just as a scout team).
Unfortunately injuries and the lost record have torpedoed this strategy.
