Okay, so I'm 8-2 and in first place in my 12-team PPR league and so now I'm purely focused on the playoffs, which are just two rounds, week 15 and week 16.
That being the case, I'm looking at guys who might be coming off IR (i.e., just picked up Greg Olsen and Danny Woodhead) and/or backups who could see a major uptick if the starter is lost to injury (i.e., just picked up Ekeler). I'm currently considering David Johnson, Charcandrick West, and Ezekiel Elliott (he was just dropped tonight).
Would you drop Ekeler and/or Woodhead for any of the above-mentioned three? My starters at RB are Bell and Hunt and my current #1 backup is Alfred Morris (if Morris puts in another 5-point effort this Sunday I may consider dropping him as well).
I think Woodhead will be solid and if David Johnson comes back for the playoffs that would be huge for you.
Being depleted at WR, I'm curious to see how Corey Coleman does now that he's back. Yes, it's the Browns but he has always put up decent numbers
Could have been an eliminated team. But still..

As a once-bitten, twice shy former owner of Corey Coleman, I must say, this claim of "he has always put up decent numbers," cannot be substantiated. Last year, in 10 games, he scored double-digit fantasy points only once (he did also score 9.8 fantasy points once), and scored less than 5 fantasy points on 7 of the 10 games in standard scoring. And it's not that he fared better in PPR, as he had 3 catches or fewer in 7 of the 10 games as well. That is more indecent than decent.
However, he's a great topic to bring up, because I do believe his talent is immense. He is capable of huge things and it might be fun to watch him and Josh Gordon on the field together, though I'm tempering my expectations of the latter's performance until next year (if he can stay sober).
The one thing holding Coleman back is the QB situation in Cleveland. When they can get that position figured out, I will be a happy player in Coleman stock, because if they get someone who can sling it, then he will be in the top-20 WR conversation easily. Now, not so much. I am holding him in a deep league in my IR spot. But, I would prefer to have Dede Westbrook than Coleman at this point.
I have a dilemma, I would like to pick up Olsen, as I don't want him going to a playoff competitor and I have no depth behind Kelce should he go down. But I feel like dropping a useful player on my team also isn't a great idea.
This is a 5-keeper league (no forgoing of draft picks, the first 5 rounds of the draft are your keepers, and then it's your draft order after that)...I have a good idea of who I want my keepers to be, which makes this tougher.
Here is my team, with the exception of my starting QB:
RBs: Jordan Howard, Jay Ajayi, Jerick McKinnon, Joe Mixon, Derrick Henry, and Alex Collins
WRs: Doug Baldwin, Stefon Diggs, DeVante Parker, Robert Woods
TE: Travis Kelce
I also have Deshaun Watson on my active roster, because my IR spot is filled with Dalvin Cook, and I of course want both to be keepers.
Who would you, if any, drop to acquire Greg Olsen and why? I don't think I can drop a WR because it leaves me kind of thin. I really want to keep Watson. So would any of you drop a guy from the RB depth to add Olsen?

If anything like you say I'd pick up Olsen pre-emptively so one of your opponents can't get him. I'd probably feel confident dropping Alex Collins to get him. Based on your lineup a lot of bad things would need to happen for Collins to see your starting roster.
Right now my keepers project to be DeShaun Watson (8th round) and Michael Thomas (6th round). Also considering Jordan Howard (4th round).
but Odell Beckham is a FA. He was drafted in the first round, so I could pick him up, and most free agents you lose an 8th round pick UNLESS they were drafted in the first two rounds, then you lose the round.
So, is it worth picking up Beckham just to avoid someone else keeping him in the 1st? Unless I read that Watson isn't likely to come back healthy or that Thomas and/or Howard both suffer injuries I can't imagine keeping Odell but who knows, a 4-game slide in the final 4 and i could wind up in the draft lottery (worst 4 non-playoff teams have a top pick lottery) and I could then re-draft Odell if I keep him off someone else's roster.
Worth it? I'd need to drop Dede Westbrook or Corey Coleman to do this. Or Will Fuller.

I would say worth it, I would let go of Coleman to make it happen.
Other Def is Seattle

I am back and forth on this. I want to drop Reed and just not 2nd guess it, but i can't.
I know as soon as I drop Reed he's going to be healthy and go off, I hate having two TE's the position is so shallow. However, I also have Evan Engram so I've been holding Reed and starting Engram.

Would you drop Jordan Reed at this point? I want to pick up LAC Def for this week. I have Cook starting and Olsen coming of IR next week. The only reason I still have him is next week he plays the Giants (if he plays). He always goes off vs the GMEN.

Reed is droppable if you don't plan on using him on a fill in flex position. Don't fret over it.
Also, grabbed Carr at QB since they could have a shoot out with the pats, but I also have Cousins. Is playing Carr the right choice??
Further, he leads all tight ends in targets, and is the #1 fantasy TE over the last 5 weeks. Graham is very good as well, but because of volume alone, and what EE is capable of from an athletic standpoint, I think he's your guy.

Trust me, I really like EE as well. Hard to discount Grahams 6 td's the past 5 weeks and all the targets in the redzone.
Both seems to have difficult matchups this week as well. they play teams that don't give up TE production
