Sadly, the most important game for Giants fans to watch this weekend is at 8PM tonight when Sam Darnold and Josh Rosen take the field in the same game.
No, you see if he can elevate the players around him, such as Eli did for Ole Miss. Also, you are scouting to see footwork, arm strength, and if the scouts have access to his practice and then watch him live during the game. You want to see if he can make the throws needed at the NFL level.
Well Rosen is doing that...he's made 3 NFL caliber throws already
those are NFL throw;s not sure if the two receivers together didn't cause the in-completion throwing darts .
Whats with the brace was he injured recently ?
First time seeing him play and I'm impressed. Isn't the knock on him his work ethic or character or something like that? Because talent wise he looks like the real deal for sure.
RE: RE: RE: Keep in mind it'll be more difficult to evaluate Rosen Â

Yup! That's what scouts are looking at when they scout. I am watching him now and he can making those throws tonight. Great drive for a TD. I love how he threw his TE open on that play.
This guy is an NFL passer, plain and simple. There is 3-4 guys in the NFL who throw a better ball than him and he is only 20 years old. Perfect mechanics as well.
didn't shake hands cheap shots and Mayfield smoked them .
Don't blame him for dropping the FU not sure who the coach is but what a lousy display of sportsmanship .
The proverbial OBJ brought into the conversation people are
just ignorant .

is ridiculously accurate. He's already made at least three tremendously accurate passes. He has incredible anticipate and touch, as well as a strong arm. He also reads defenses well. He only lacks elite mobility. Assuming he does well in his interviews, his talent is enough to make him the #1 pick.
The problem for fans is that with USC running so well, there is little incentive for Darnold to throw much.
USC sends a rusher free off the left side that UCLA doesn't pick up. He doesn't run away from the defender. Stands in the pocket and hit his man who got the necessary yardage for the 1st down.
Would be a very fine consolation prize for us. Has better mobility than Rosen. May not have the tremendous deep ball that Rosen has but throws
a tight ball with good velocity.
I like both these guys. Wouldn’t be upset with either of them one bit.
Uh. What?
Touch like that in a QB is rare and shows potential for elite play.

since his team is a lot worse than Darnold's

His jersey sales will be fire next year if he's a Giant.

Jim Mora is a defensive genius.

And so is their defense apparently.

Kansas.
Or is UCLA'S run defense just that horrible. They give up over 300 yards a game.

Impressive.
Browns could pick Barkely. Try to pair Kizor with a stud RB, and try to build something.
Great play.
Why would either want to go to Cleveland? They should absolutely force their way elsewhere.

What?
Not to mention the 50 yarder that was called back
