Not sure if anyone caught it on HBO last night, but Jon Stewart hosts an annual benefit called A Night of Too Many Stars which raises money for autism education and awareness.
I watched it last night and it was very, very funny and raises money for an important and great cause. it's available on demand/streaming.
I know autism hits close to home for many people on this site.
There are also a lot of great prizes (with celebrities) that you can bid on here:

I nearly cried from laughing during Gilbert Gottfried's bit and thought comeidans John Mulaney and Michelle Wolf were excellent as well.
Most importantly, they had a girl with autism on stage who had an unscripted episode, further showing the important challenges that people with autism face.

Possibly hard to get ones head around that aspect in a fundraiser. My guess is that when it's broken down into different diagnosis it will be easier to raise funds for and for outsiders to understand.
