But the fact that he's been on pace for 3500 passing yards this season, in a league where you can sneeze and throw for 4000+ yards, tells you that they haven't had to lean on him that much. It'll be interesting to see how he performs from here on out.
It seemed obvious he had a concussion playing against the Giants last year but it was covered up. Strange how the leagues new "Tom Brady" goes in the injury tent after getting creamed and no one says the word concussion. This dude is a couple of concussions away from being out of the league. Eagles haters shouldn't be crying about his BS success. It ain't gonna last.
Collinsworth singles out Celek to praise his blocking Â
Plenty of time to pass, always opening holes to run through
This is why I am not ready to annoit Wentz anything. Easy not to make mistakes when you have that much time. His completion percentage is actually low for having that much time

Interesting for you to say that because he took a real shot to the head on the TD drive and has played like shit since!
I know wentz and dak play on better teams than Eli but they can do so much more than Eli on a week to week basis. Both qbs are just better equipped to handle the full grind of an NFL season. Plays break down and they flourish. When a play breaks down for the Giants it's fucking over. Eli isnt saving anything. Yes in a big game with things close to right eli is the man. I'd take him over a lot of qbs. But we aren't talking about one big game we're talking about multiple games.
Guys are never wide open in our offense. Giants never get 10 yards the easy way. It's all individual effort or good blocking. The scheme is flawed. The qb bails too soon far too frequently. I hate this shit.
In fact, they should have lost to us if not for a wild 61 yard FG in the last seconds of the game, in philly no less. Philly has had a few injuries, but they are amazingly healthy too.
Yeah, they bested a bunch of teams that....are bad. Let's just see what they got with tighter completion before we start crowning them champions already.
All is good when you play the 49ers, Cardinals, a moron Giants team and a depleted Cowboy squad. Oh and look, they have Chicago next week. Battle tested!
I don't care, let them play a bunch of fluff opponents and get their hopes up, only to lose.
but going for 2 when other team is having trouble scoring and 12 minutes left in the game is so....Dallas.
Which sorta rhymes with classless.
But then again it is Philly.

That's because their kicker is even worse than ours.
Jerry and Chris Christie in the owners box as the cowboys get their asses kicked may be the best thing I've seen today (or honestly, in a long time). That being said, id there was ever a great time for an earthquake to destroy a city, tonight would be it.

It's depressing how so far ahead Philly is

going forward compared to us. Oh well.
This year, 8 of the 12 playoff teams will be different - maybe more. The Raiders and Texans were penciled in to be teams with high ceilings and they will be at home likely. Dallas, with their vaunted OL and supposedly awesome QB will be at home. The rams look like they are an elite team - after years in the dreck.
Nothing - and i mean literally nothing - can show a team being sop far ahead of anyone else for years to come.
Thinking that gives insight to the majority of your posts, however.

This is so true. I also love reading ‘a full rebuild is required’. The Giants has a 4th quarter lead in Philly, Tampa & the Chargers. The Lions game was in question late as was the Seattle game. The NFL is a game of bounces.
Philly is one of the teams from last year that missed the playoffs, yet in one year, they've cemented their path for the next decade while we're just sniffing their exhaust?
I don’t think so
He's on target for 28 TDs, 7 INTs and 3500 yds this year. He doesn't throw many INTs.

The most overrated QB in football.

Look at him last week without Smith and Zeke. He’s nothing without a wall in front of him and a workhorse back getting 30 touches.
Here:
Leading to:
"Congrats on your win! Cowboys lose big again. Play calling sucks. Coaching poor. Poke em with a fork, their done."
I think he's right.

He's better than any of our running backs.
Kicker is injured/out
Interestingly, Settle was the first undrafted RB to rush for 1000 yards in an NFL season.
Was thinking the same thing. Thank God for the Patriots.
Yet there's the Saints, Vikings...Rams
Jesus Christ they beat another garbage team without their starting LT, star RB and LB...
This Eagle slurping will only be funnier come January.
Let's see them beat a good team....for once this year
Eagle fans don’t like him.

You beat who the league puts in front of you. Unfortunately they are doing what they need to do and look pretty damn convincing doing so.

I agree. Not only are the Eagles good - they are fun to watch. I hate Dallas more than Philly so this outcome is OK - but Philly is a legit contender.
MOTHERFUCKER

Hahahahahaha. Fuck you Dez.
He is one sorry SOB!

lol
Fuck you too.
Things change quick in this league.
