Ben McAdoo- likely will be fired
Hue Jackson- may be fired
Dirk Koetter- may be fired
Adam Gase- looks overwhelmed
Mike Mularkey- doing okay, but is he a big time coach?
Doug Pederson- team is 8-1, but Philly fans aren’t sold
Chip Kelly- fired
I am not at all impressed. Add the brutal decision McDermott made with the rookie QB this week. Yikes!
I’d be very weary hiring another first time HC.
Couldn't disagree more. Every great coach was a coordinator first. That doesn't mean all good coordinators become successful coaches but to say that they're unrelated is silly.
Coaches who fail fail for different reasons. Poor drafting, bad culture, poor choices of staff, inability to step up and delegate.

has very little to do with being a great HC.

You agree with me then. There is so much more that goes into being a HC than coordinating an offense. That is what owners and GMs believe that coordinators that have success is a prerequisite for being a good HC. It isn't. Yes, you want to know that this person knows his Xs and Os. Yesx you want to know that he understands game situations. But there is SO much more that goes into it.
He makes an odd tactical decision weekly.
Then the terrorists have won.
