What makes you guys think JPP and Vernon are dogging it? Any plays in particular like Jenkins and Apple business decisions of the last few weeks? I think we are all kind of quick to start attacking guys character (although some deserve it) based on results. For example Flowers it playing HARD, but the results were not there early, much better now. Rosas may not be consistent enough to play at this level but he is not "a piece of shit."

Could use to swap out either Vernon or JPP due to the money factor and that it's draftable to find one DE. Okwara maybe drank a touch of koolaide. Forgiveable though. Your fourth DT has not much. Draft a nose type DT to help out snacks.
3 or so O linesmen. But this has nothing to do with character. The sport requires very unusual and specific skills and physical characteristics.
