NFT: Scott Peterson - Did he do it or not??

BronxBombers : 11/21/2017 10:44 am
My wife and I watched the A& E series recently, and I read a few articles. I know Hollywood embellishes, obviously. But they only piece of true evidence is a strand of Laci's hair in a pair of pliers on his boat. That is just not enough for me, my wife's hair is all over my car and everything else.

I am not saying this dude isn't a piece of shit for cheating on his wife, but that doesn't equate to murder. Just a guess, but I would imagine half of people in the US cheat of their spouse. 8 months preggo, I get it, huge asshole, but again, I need more evidence to believe he did it.

I don't know who did it, and I don't know that we ever will unless he admits it. I just didn't see enough evidence to convict him of murder.

what do you think?
Oh..and the jury...

are you kidding me, they were laughing at convicting him after the fact. he knew they would convict before the trial even started, which sucks.
This is not a mystery

He drove 90 miles on Christmas Eve to fish without his pregnant wife on his new boat no one was aware he owned. His pregnant wife was never seen again. Her body washed up exactly where he had been fishing. When he reported her missing and told police he had been fishing the officer asked him what he was fishing for and what bait he used. He had no response.

Guilty.

if i was innocent i wouldnt dye my hair and run. not direct evidence of murder, but certainly consciousness of guilt.

Trying to flee into Mexico with a different hair color, new facial hair, and lots of cash was a bad look, too.
was there sufficient evidence for OJ

?
He's guilty
halfback20 : 11/21/2017 11:00 am : link
Most definitely.
If i remember correctly, in one interview before her body was found he said "she was a good person" then quickly changed it to "she is a good person". Its like he already knew she was dead.

Maybe he was tracking the real murder?

No doubt
pjcas18 : 11/21/2017 11:13 am : link
about it in my mind.

you think it was random they found her body in the vicinity of where he "went fishing"?

that would be one hell of a coincidence.

He did a good job of cleaning up,
Section331 : 11/21/2017 11:30 am : link
but all of the "circumstantial" evidence points to a very guilty man. His car loaded up for a very long trip, tons of cash, and his brother's driver's license? Sure, he was going camping.

Didn't his previous wife "accidentally" drown in 2 inches of water in the bath tub?

The one that still baffles me
Beezer : 11/21/2017 11:53 am : link
is the Tioga County case of Cal Harris, whose wife Michelle disappeared on the morning of 9-11 (same day as the attacks). Upstate New York, it was a big deal and has been. The guy was in and out of prison for years, finally now out after maybe 3 or 4 re-trials? I lost count.

She's just ... gone. Apparently no trace.

Huh ? Where are you getting this ? That jury deliberated for days and they frequently asked the judge to reread testimony or view evidence.
After OJ kicks the bucket

you can bet your bottom dollar that "startling new evidence" will be discovered that someone else killed Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman. Shortly after that there will be a documentary expose on HBO.

they frequently showed the jury after the fact meeting up for drinks talking about it. one of them lied to get on the jury. the media made him out to be a piece of shit, rightfully so, beforehand, ruining his chance at a fair trial. im not saying he didnt do it, im just saying beyond a reasonable doubt, hardly.
Seriously? Do you need video tape?
ZogZerg : 11/21/2017 12:30 pm : link
It couldn't be more obvious that this scum bag killed his wife. His story was complete BS. That's all you need in this situation.
