but I really hate their business model and how they treat their “employees”. I also can’t believe how much money they lose ona yearly basis.

because you're not allowed to sue them. You can thank your Congress and President who just passed a law allowing them to ban you from suing them.

So they can do whatever the hell they want their customers without any concerns at all.

but can Uber sue you? Like if you take to social media with a vendetta against them because you're so pissed that you can't sue them?

Uber could sue you but you'd have the right to force them into arbitration. Which is a huge advantage to Uber for a lot of reasons, including that you'd have to pay thousands of dollars in arbitration fees before the case was even decided.
