and Reese has blown a couple of premium picks (I hate the strategy of picking the youngest player on the board. Game theory tells me that picking a player that will take an extra year to be NFL ready is not the best strategy, given the rookie salary cap and structure of 2nd contracts). and he hasn't built a team with depth.
but i have no idea how to apportion blame this season. it's such a shit show.

McAdoo is a disaster, he was promoted to keep the offense humming for Eli's last seasons. Since he took the big chair the Giants offense is league worst. The Giants, o line running issues and all, had a top flight offense for over a decade until this guy became HC. This alone is concerning. He also has players quit on him and as far as we know has nothing to do with the defense.
Last season's 11 wins was fools gold and not a sign of foundation moving forward. Keeping McAdoo would be an insult to all fans.
Giving Teflon Reese more chances to axrew up, including maybe a top three pick, would be insane. Reese had TC as the fall guy in 2015, he should have been fired two seasons ago.

hell if anyone is back from this coaching staff/front office, I will be disappointed. The Giants usual loyalty needs to be suspended for a total rebuild. For real. Flat out embarrassing players (GM) and coaching. Horrible in so many ways. For 3 years Reese assembles a terrible O line, and then the coaching staff makes bad decisions about said bad players, I dont want a soul left from these general management or coaching regimes. Not a fucking soul.
