maybe. but you don't get a chance to draft a franchise QB every year. so if you get a chance you take it. we could take a QB, plus have high draft picks in 2nd and 3rd rounds. then we suck in 2018 and can reload even more in 2019 draft. it's a rebuild. we could be good in 2019.
Take the franchise QB when you are in a position of need and BPA.

we were heading towards the #1 overall and drafting Clowney.. and ended up with the 12th pick and grabbed Odell.. You never know..
