No, not the group that wants McAdoo and Reese decapitated in an abandoned New Jersey field. I've joined the Go Terps "It's dumb to spend this much money on JPP" group. Jason Pierre-Paul's effort today was disgusting. I could even understand if the rest of his teammates were taking it easy too, but LC is killing himself out there... Snacks is playing with a ton of injuries... DRC is trying to run down guys from 30 yards back. At least I can recall plays OV tried to make or almost made. JPP is giving complete shit effort for a guy making a ton of money and a supposed team leader. While I've been annoyed with Eli Apple since day 1 of the season, are JPP's teammates going to call out his bullshit in a film session? Look at him during this Raiders' rushing TD.

bw...what do you think of JPP going forward? He just doesn't seem to have any "quick twitch" to his game this year. Can he rebound?
And I stuck up for his ability and character throughout his recovery. First year was pretty good!
Some of you said that once he got his contract he would stop working out summers and mail it in. I just couldn't imagine almost loosing it all, working aaalllll the way back.
Then dogging it.
Guess I was wrong.

WTF? Hinkie was losing on purpose.
If we find out he's playing significantly restricted due to injury, I'll certainly apologize. Watching him today, his "want to" seemed to be far less than that of his teammates.
there were earlier reports that he was playing through a few injuries. he has been dinged or somehow compromised at other points during his career as well, and with the half a hand thing, it was probably not a great decision by reese to throw all that money at him. JPP would be more effective as a rotational guy at this point.

Indeed. And so should we.
Which part of getting the best draft pick doesn’t make sense to you?
He has his money and that’s what he cares about.

the giants very likely don't get to, or win, SB 46 without JPP. just saying.

except there's no "process" here. This was all a mistake. It's sorta of a big difference.
We spend more at defensive end in the NFL than any other team, and the last two years we've gotten 25.5 sacks combined from Vernon and JPP.
I tried to tell ya...

LOL. I am sure you were just absolutely seething over his mediocrity in 2011.
It's one thing disagree with his current contract, his production this year, and his role moving forward.
It's another to paint a player who was very productive and a big part of a championship team as mediocre based on your initial opinion.
JPP might be another story. He looks terrible this season. Hopefully he bounces back.
