Tiki is actually going to bat for Eli hard here, saying that he

1. Should have never been benched in the first place
2. Was absolutely right to tell McAdoo to piss off at that plan of replacing him at halftime
3. Should be the QB even after they draft a QB in the 1st round, and should remain QB until a replacement is better than him or he thinks the replacement is ready

They could have had Kim Jones or someone on if they were looking for a take on the firing. What the hell does Tiki know? And apparently based on what you say he said, the answer is not much.

I was just talking to someone the other day who didn't think Webb was a rookie.
