Will he ever get a chance to become a Head Coach again? In our recent history, when we hired a HC with no prior NFL Head Coaching experience that person never got another chance in the league after we got rid of them. Perhaps our Head Coaching candidate requirements should be seriously looked at....?
No one will interview McAdoo for a head coaching vacancy. No way.
I think what happened to Fassel in Baltimore with his buddy Billick did him in.
How do you lose a game, when you have the lead by 3 points and are kicking off with 11 seconds left to play? Fassel figured out a way to do it.

Thought it was the off-the-field issues.

The entire story of the Eli Manning era is that nearly all of the Super Bowls are won by elite QBs. Fassel never coached even an above average QB, yet still made a Super Bowl and won more than 50% of his games. He was a good coach.

he had the benefit of a good GM in Acorsi......and a ready made Defense with the likes of Strahan, Armstead, and Sehorn, entering their prime. As a game coach, I thought he was horrendous.

Until EA set him up for failure in 2003 ...some of you guys must not remember the offensive line that EA put together in 2003.It makes this years O-line look like the great wall of Dallas
Kerry Collins was above average
He had consecutive winning seasons once in his career, including zero times his final 15 seasons. There's nothing above average about that.

I was referring to his talent. Dude had a cannon for an arm and never forget 41-0 over the Vikings in the 2000 NFC Championship
Um. And what would he say? The guy whose Replacement you just traded up for a drafted in the first round is perfect for My shitty 3 WR offense? Mahomes is The QB of the very near future there. He's not even getting a call back from thenwith a "thanks but no thanks"
