Than Reese. The buck stopped with Reese -- but he wasn't a scout anymore. Yeah, he looked at select guys, but the guy slotting and recommending the picks was Ross based on the scouting reports. And whichever scout is scouting OLs, needs to go, too.

I think he is a larger part of the issue than Reese, to be frank and I hope the Giants management aren't looking past there. Do what needs to be done.
