Than Reese. The buck stopped with Reese -- but he wasn't a scout anymore. Yeah, he looked at select guys, but the guy slotting and recommending the picks was Ross based on the scouting reports. And whichever scout is scouting OLs, needs to go, too.

Based on what? He has been a principal architect of many crappy drafts.

There is a reason he has been nothing more than a Rooney rule interview for basically every GM opening over the past several years, and has not been a finalist once.

Based on the accuracy of your wishful but uninformed and unrealistic predictions, I will sleep well knowing that there is no way Ross comes close to succeeding Reese.

as soon as he walked in the door the players we were building this roster with were especially finesse and weak.

I think he is a larger part of the issue than Reese, to be frank and I hope the Giants management aren't looking past there. Do what needs to be done.
