The guy got us to 11-5 with this team and a playoff game. After the dust settles, I'll appreciate him for an awesome 2016 year and I'll still be scratching my head on how he fucked up 2017 so badly.
Everything felt like a practical joke to me. From the suit, the stache, the first haircut to the transformation of the slicked back hair after having a little success. Felt like a SNL character.
Sadly he hadn't yet acquired the skills needed to be a HC. When things went bad he couldn't adjust. Our former coach had to change and to his credit did. Ben couldn't, maybe with more experience he'll learn.
When TC left, it is obvious McAdoo changed and made decisions that hurt the offense and its production.
Not sure if one word can describe that but McAdoo, by himself, was incompetent as a play caller and offensive coordinator.

This guys did nothing. Even with the injuries and given Eli’s immobility, he never adapted to the personnel and was extremely thick headed.
My word is obstinate.
