there was nothing to mitigate McAdoo. This was a top ten offense for two years with BM as OC and Tom as head coach. The problem was defense.

When TC left, it is obvious McAdoo changed and made decisions that hurt the offense and its production.

Not sure if one word can describe that but McAdoo, by himself, was incompetent as a play caller and offensive coordinator.

This guys did nothing. Even with the injuries and given Eli�s immobility, he never adapted to the personnel and was extremely thick headed.
