Even has much better beaches than Florida....
I went to school in East Stroudsburg (Delaware Water Gap). I'm familiar with the outlying areas. I used to hike in Worthington State Forest. But the point remains, the state is a shit-hole, and it just isn't a 15 mile radius. Beautiful gems like Trenton, Camden, and Atlantic City are no where near NYC. And better beaches? Let's reference the renowned Dr. Beach and see which state is represented - Florida is listed 3 times on the top 10. Jersey? No where to be found. Dr. Beach Doesn't like Jersey - ( New Window )

And NJ is a beautiful state. Mountains and country if that's what you want. Beaches (and they are beautiful beaches). And Hoboken (for NYC life up north) and Moorestown (for Philly down south).
I hate the traffic. And the taxes/fees. Having lived in CA, NY, PA (and London) - I'm always drawn back to the state where I was born and raised - NJ. Other places may have 1 or 2 things that are nice - NJ has it all.
Anyway ... that picture is **not** the Garden State Parkway.
