Cowboys playoff chances takes a big hit with Falcons win

Jints in Carolina : 12/7/2017 11:51 pm
Dallas sitting at 6-6 coming into Sunday's game needed a Saints win tonight since they are behind Atlanta by 1 game. They also need a Panthers and Seattle loss Sunday to have had any shot. Both are possible.

Huge Brees interception as time was winding down and the Saints at the Falcons 11 trailing by 3.

Good job Falcons!

the NFC is out of control. Never really thought Dallas had a shot however it would still be funny to send them into oblivion this coming Sunday
I was hoping for a Saints win.

I don't think Philly is a problem if they have to go on the road, but I don't want them getting home field throughout the playoffs. It may very well happen though.
If Philly loses to the Rams this weekend....

all of a sudden they are looking at the 3 seed and a first round playoff game instead of home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.

100 % into wanting Giants to win.

But a number two pick is a huge asset not only in maybe getting a your future quarterback, but in attracting the next Head Coach.

I ve always been a Giants fan first and a fan of the athletes second.

If Eli leaves the Giants, and plays against them in the future I will root against him.

That said, I ve always been an Eli fan and would like to see him end career with the Giants.

It makes it confusing to watch the games. Want Eli to play well, but believe it is teams best interest to lose.

I always root for the win, just do not get upset by the loss.

Fuck that. You get a chance for a franchise QB once every

twenty years or so. This year it's imperative that we land in the top two.

Remember Cedric Jones, whom we drafted 5th in a 4 player draft, with Jonathan Ogden going one pick before us? That could be us again this year if we win another game.
Matt Ryan did all he could to give that, game away,

but Brees made a brutal throw in the EZ. As much as I want a higher pick, I'd love to see NYG put a final nail in the Cowboy coffin.
Dont worry..Root for the Giants. and they still lose..

Lets all root for the Giants and they are bad enough, thanks to Reese, to lose on their own merits no matter how hard they play. After watching several NFL games over the past two months and many college games involving the big schools I have to say sadly state that. in my opinion, the Giants O-line is the worst of them all. If anyone hires Reese to be a GM after what he did to this team they are insane. Reese should go back to scouting individual players who he is told to look at and have nothing to do with building a roster. He is not good at it. I think the Cowboys win a close one 21-17 on Sunday. After Sunday it will be Webb behind center and a series of more loses. Then the only thing we need to think about is taking Barkley ( we need a REAL bell cow RB that can also catch the ball) or yet another QB. Most of the draft after Rd 1 should be devoted to the O-line and linebackers. Grab another safety and and edge rusher at the back end. If we trade down in rd one take that Guard Nelson from ND, and a RB in Rd 2.
