Okay, so the playoffs start next week for me in my 12-team PPR league and my three QBs are Alex Smith, Case Keenum, and Aaron Rodgers. Who should I start?

True, but another philosophy is: stick with the guys that got you there. I'm leaning heavily towards Rodgers, but it's not cut and dried.
If he was starting Friday for the first time without much practice time and is months from timing with his guys, sure...
He’s not... he’s been throwing for weeks... players on the team have said they think he shouldn’t have been put on IR... meaning he was ready some time ago.. this isn’t Keenum, Flacco or Dalton... this is the best in the business... you start him...

Also, everyone should check to see if Jordy Nelson was released by a team. His numbers tanked with Hundley under center but as soon as #12 is back at QB Nelson will be back to being at worst a very high end #2 fantasy receiver.
