all of their Characters to use in the MCU... I suspect plans are already in place for some Fantastic 4 intro's, X-Men etc... Huge deal for Disney and Marvel.
ABC, ESPN, ect. and now Fox and all its affiliates including Foxnews. They own Star Wars, they now own virtually all of Marvel, they own Pixar. Any end in sight?

Unless I missed something, they aren't getting Fox and all its affiliates.

They aren't:
Under the deal, expected to close in 12 to 18 months, Disney acquires 21st Century Fox's film and television studios, its cable entertainment networks and international TV businesses.
AND
Immediately before the acquisition, Fox will separate the Fox Broadcasting network and stations, Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, its sports channels FS1, FS2 and the Big Ten Network, into a newly listed company that it will spin off to its shareholders.
FOX owned the rights to X-Men and Disney/Marvel get those rights back.
Although FOX never owned the rights to Fantastic Four, they are owned by Constantin Films. They just always teamed up with FOX to produce and distribute their Fantastic Four films.
Constantin Films could do something similar to what Sony has done with licensing out Spiderman to Marvel Studios and sharing in the profits of those films. Although if Constantin Films does not like the offer Marvel Studios gives them, they can always produce the film with another film studio like they did with FOX.
Fox studios apparently produces Modern family, an ABC show. So the alert might have said TV studios, but it didnt mean TV stations, those are staying with FOX.
As for the fantastic 4, they were specifically mentioned in the press release as coming back to Marvel. My guess is they worked that out. Also universal only owns the "distribution" rights to a hulk solo. They dont own the hulk.

I saw the first quote about Fantastic 4 elsewhere and then an update, they are absolutely getting the Fantastic 4.
them in the release if they were getting them. FF has been a disaster of a franchise, lol, i cant imagine that company constantine films or whatever wanted to battle Disney over the Fantastic 4
I am glued to the screen from the brilliant Fox & Friends all the way through the boyishly handsome Tucker, my beloved minister of truth Hannity, and the amazing new Ingraham Angle.
If even 1 iota of this unparalleled programming is affected by this deal, I am taking to the streets!

Looking forward to having our animated cartoon characters tell us how to think and talk and having our TV news pundits chase each other around trying to eat each other or turn each other into rodents.

My understanding is that while Constantin Films owns the film rights, Fox (and boys Disney) owns distribution rights. If that's the case, Constantin can either play ball with Disney, sell the rights outright, or sit on them indefinitely.
Unless I missed something, they aren't getting Fox and all its affiliates.

not true
Universal holds solo Hulk film rights and SubMariner film rights
Sony still holds much of SpiderVerse character rights
It does seem like anti-trust laws have been ignored for decades.

I mean, besides Logan, they were already pretty kid friendly. Word is, Disney is contemplating other R-rated superhero movies now.
This puts Disney in control of something like 40% of the movie and television business
Imagine the leverage this is going to give them over movie theaters and streaming services.
I can't imagine that means low prices for us...
