The Giants will promote practice squad safety Ryan Murphy to the active roster, per source. Not surprising with Berhe out and Collins doubtful for Sunday's game vs. Eagles.
It's clear that the current staff looks for risk reduction and the tackle as opposed to scheming one safety free to go after the ball, as a preference.
Then, coaching scared right now which may increase those tendancies. No pass rush. Ditto.

DT was a major hawk in college.
