He must be beside himself with worry.

He goes from an empty case to a court case and probably still won't win.
Explosive topic.

Since they judged him and fired him, I hope they made the right call.
Did he

It is nice to see that even after retirement

he is still slinging his balls into the grass.
Oh, well, since ESPN fired her then

she wouldn't really have motive for "exaggerating" what was done to her, or that she led the men on by appearing to enjoy the advances.

And of course it's natural that she should continue to work there for such a long time while it was going on instead of quitting in anger and telling her story to the press, which would be all to eager to tell her story.

Look, NFL types aren't the quiet, retiring ones, and they may well have behaved badly, but it is never right to "convict" someone either in a court of law or a court of public opinion on unsubstantiated accusations from an anonymous source.

Be interesting if she now goes to civil court to try to wring millions out of these players.
That's a shame

Overrated, his smug attitude despite nothing to show for it...except maybe one super bowl appearance? Perfect fit for Philly
Hmm

In he current climate expect it. And that doesn't mean she wasn't sexually harassed. Lawyers will be trolling for these cases.

Philly fans don’t like him either. They rooted for him a long time, but the stories of him acting like an asshole during and after his playing career range far and wide.

And they also know he choked away their one chance in recent memory to break their Super Bowl drought
McNabb and Davis were fired after ‘a month-long investigation’.

How does that equate to “unsubstantiated allegations”?

I was never sure if nerves really played a part in his choke job in the super bowl until that very moment. Those were the actions of a guy that can’t handle the spot light. And that was only a Sunday or Monday night game at the new cowboys stadium. He was trying to show he was calm and collected by being funny and it just came off as someone trying to conceal their nervousness.
That was a playoff game where

McNabb and Romo squared off for who was the biggest choke artist in the NFL. McNabb walked away with the title and Romo his first playoff win.

bradshaw44 nailed it I think. That's a very good post.

I think it was the playoff game against the Vikings before they played the Giants in 2008. He caught a pass at the end of the game on the sideline and started dancing around like an idiot as if he were a ball carrier. It wasn't funny at all and he overdid it to the point of embarrassment.

Even worse was Buck was giggling like a little kid over the stupid awkward dancing. Maybe I just hate the Eagles that much but man, I always felt like the media loved slurping him up and overrating him in a weird way.

Sorry, I don't follow you..."unsubstantiated accusations from an anonymous source". Aren't these accusations from a co-worker?
That guitar thing was

Who knew puking on a woman is now sexually harassment

Exactly. You don’t think her colleagues may have seen some of the activities she described? I share some of the concerns with lack of due process with some of the #MeToo charges, but it appears that ESPN acted prudently here.
Good!

It's so awkward, you have to be correct about it
