In another article (not linked) they provided an example of one of the complaints. A customer placed and order and was told there would be a 1-2 week delay. After receiving no further updates they contacted the company and was told they wouldn't receive their product for another 6 weeks. The customer requested a refund and was told they must be a "small baller." Of course, this is all alleged, based on customer reviews, but it doesn't bode well.
