but it should be known that his systems requires guys to dedicate and have motor and discipline. The NFL is a job and guys half ass it, fake injuries, take off plays. Its conservative, predictable, and a job. Most will do what is needed to collect a paycheck, no big incentive unless you are a superstar with a shoe or shirt contract.

He had to deal with a ton of nonsense and little talent in Miami while there. The fact that he had any success with those teams is amazong.
