Any interest in FA RB Mark Ingram?

Ingram has a clause in his contract that will let him void the final year (2018) if he made the pro bowl. He made the pro bowl. I have little doubt that he will opt out.

For those that do not want to use a high pick (1-2) on a rb would you want to sign him?

I personally want Barkley but I see the option of signing Ingram to a Freeman type deal 5/41 with 22 guaranteed. Then using our picks at other positions like oline , qb and lber.
He is 25 years old.

we would still have cash for G Norwell or OT Solder (my choice).

He would be a great addition.

Seems unlikely. We are so accustomed to the way Jerry Reese handles free agency though, that we have no idea what Gettleman will do.

Just hope he fixes the offensive line first before splurging like this. I think he will.

Even if he was a FA. Tying up a bunch of money in the RB position isn�t smart.

Is 28 years old as December 21st. He is not 25. You stuck Saquon Barkley�s name in there he�s 20, so I�m assuming your referring to Ingram, a quick google search, could have told he is 28, not 25. To answer your question , no, I�d want Jerrick McKinnon first , he�s 25, 26 by opening day next year. Team needs some RBs that much is obvious. Gallman would be a nice complimentary back but not a bell cow.

Save our FA dollars to use elsewhere......

like Oline. This is perhaps one of the deeper RB classes in a little while. We could probably get a very good RB still in the 3rd or even 4th rounds this year.

Or take Barkley in rd 1 and get a potentially great one!!
