It's hard to knock his experience as an offensive coach or his coaching tree (Saban, Reid , Zimmer) but question his ability to lead and motivate.
Anyone hear or read anything that speaks to his leadership?
I've read that players gravitate to him.

he has no ability to lead or motivate. He's only going to the Champ game w/o his starting QB and Rd. 1 RB (Dalvin Cook). Sucks.
He seems to check a lot of boxes

Let's see how he does.
He is the guy I originally had wanted after hearing Mara indicate he wanted an experienced head coach because he did fairly well in Cleveland all things considered he was a rock star over there compared to recent years.
