Chuck Pagano as DC...but that won't happen. Del Rio would be nice, but also won't happen. SO here is hoping James Bettcher does not get the Arizona HC job and can come to Baltimore. For OC, is Mike McCoy or if Shurmer is going to stay more WCO, Rick Dennison who is also a great QB coach.
Kennedy Polamalu
Polamalu is the Vikings running backs coach under Shurmur this season, after spending the previous three seasons at UCLA (two as running backs coach and one as offensive coordinator). Why is that significant? Because UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen could be available to the Giants at the No. 2 pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.
I find it interesting how he doesn't mention that Perkins went to UCLA and was coached by Polamalu
combination of vets and new coaches would be great. Shurmur/Defilippo/Edwards with Spags and ELI looks good to me. Let DG get us the players and we can make this a quick turnaround. We were 11/5 two years ago. So why not ?
His Plan D article states that a possibility is "Eagles OC John Defilippo..." I replied on twitter that he is the QB coach, not OC.
This next article doesn't mention Flip at all, meanwhile hes been linked as Shurmurs prime target for OC.
