to hype before there’s even a coach officially in place, but just the thought of having a functioning offense again is something to be excited for. Really hope it works out.

would be nice to see multiple formations and not know what the plays are before the ball is snapped.

What if Eli and offense dont produce again for first 3-4 games, we go 1-3 or 2-2 or like O for... How long do we suffer before going to backup?

I just dont want to see a fully wasted year of catering to Eli and fans that cried over what went down. Unfortunately, I feel that is going to happen. I am however very pumped up for a new coach , FA and semi rebuild.

Wouldn't 2-2 be an improvement from this year? It's gonna take the first month of the season for the offense to feel comfortable in the new system.

Yea 2-2 would definitely be an acceptable start. We won 3 games this year remember.

Usually I would agree with you, and you could definitely turn out to be right.

But I also think it is possible that this team grossly underperformed last year.

DL and secondary are both top 10 units in the league.

Receivers are arguably top 5 with Odell, SS, and Engram.

Eli was definitely part of the problem last year but with an experienced coach like Shurmur, he can still be a top 15 QB.

To me, it all comes down to how quickly DG can fix the OL. If this team has a decent OL they can be competitive

give wheeler at shot at LT unless you take solder
