about Barkley might force Cleveland to pick him at one than take a QB at 4. It could also make them want to trade with the Giants to move up to two.
They brought their GM in to get a QB. I truly doubt they go Barkley 1. That meams they could settle for their 3rd ranked QB and that is not getting it done. And before anybody says Indy has a QB remember they have a ton of holes and wpuld be a great candidate to trade down with.
and get Brian O'Neill from PITT in round 3.
Seems like a Giants-type OL.
Agree 100%. I think he could shoot up draft boards during the offseason workouts. He was recruited to Pitt as a WR then switched to TE before moving to offensive line. He is obviously very athletic but he needs to work on the usual stuff, improved technique and to get stronger. He played right tackle for two years but moved over to LT last year to replace Adam Bisnowaty.
There is little chance of that happening. Price is the perfect interior lineman for the Giants. He is big and strong and he can handle the bigger NT's. If he falls to the late 20's the Giants should trade up for him. He can also play guard.

Cleveland is landing their QB with their first pick, that's pretty much a lock.

Yup. The question is which one. I think the debate of Allen or Darnold is very real for them. I could see Dorsey and Jackson liking them both.

2nd LT Brian O'Neill
3rd G Isaiah Wynn
Giants take Rosen
Colts take Chubb
Colts trade down & the team moving up takes Darnold
Browns take Allen
If Allen gets taken at 3 they'll still have a shot at Rosen or Darnold.
If you take your QB at 1 then there is a very small chance they get Barkley at 4 as I believe the Colts would take him.

Seems a bit of a reach but if you need one he's the closest to a rd 1.
Also cost control.
FWIW....I think Sy'56 is scouting the E-W Shrine game today.
Look forward to the evaluations if I'm correct.
