NJ.com: Giants Snap Count for the 2017 Season

Some interesting info here...
Who played the most for the Giants this season? | Snap count analysis - ( New Window )
JPP over 90% for the second year in a row

is concerning. We all said that was an issue and the Giants needed to get a better rotation going. Unfortunately not having viable options (such as Okwara) hurt that plan.

I truly believe if they get better production from the depth on the DL we will see much better production from our high priced DEs...Vernon actually playing healthy will be a necessity as well.
Wow

Roger Lewis played the most??
King was 3rd and Marshall 4.

I didn't think Marshall played at all. Wow
Get An OL

If you have an OL that can run the ball, that, more than anything will help the DL - will help the whole defense. I know this should not affect the % of snaps anybody plays. But, all these 3 and outs is a direct factor in the defense being out on the field forever. Give these guys some rest while the Giants offense goes on some long drives and we'll see a better defense.
Bromley was in on 40% of snaps....

...Does anyone remember a single play he made?
Interesting Darian Thompson played 97% of snaps
DennyInDenville : 1/20/2018 2:49 pm : link
He didn't impress at all this year while he was finally healthy

Seems a high #. That typical for DEs?
When you consider how much and long our D was on the field each game(HAD to average at least 33+minutes on TOP, OR 55% of the game at a minimum) almost ALL season thats a lot of playing.
Not defending quality of his play, but CHINA doll SYNDROME on both sides made meh>eh>ugh.
