FYI: The famed novelist takes on the Aaron Hernandez story, CTE and all of Hernandez' bizarre and crazy behaviot on 48 Hours tonight. From what I have read, it seems likely that he was aggressive and crazy before the CTE kicked in.

He was in gangs at a young age and excelled in football. It�s reasonable to assume the he�s both a scumbag that got progressively worse after he started playing football.

His family is suing the Patriots and the NFL.

didn't really learn anything new that I already did not knw from the headlines.

except - the show implied that he had a good chance of getting out on appeal? .... really?

2nd - if a defendant/convict is appealing and he dies - his conviction is automatically overturned by an "antiquated" Massachusetts law? .... really?
