Timofey Mozgov got TWO first rounders. While I agree it’s unlikely, it’s not out of the realm of possibility and certainly not impossible
The "have nots" know they have no chance of competing with the "haves," so they're just hoarding their draft picks for the future. Plus, nobody has cap room left to absorb contracts after the crazy spending these past couple of years. In years past, a guy like Courtney Lee could get you a first, but no more.
Will it alter his rim protection and shot blocking ability? I know his game isn't reliant on pure athleticism, so it shouldn't hinder his playmaking ability, but what else can it negate?

He’s more like Shawn Bradley body wise than he is Kevin Garnett. Nobody that lanky and tall has ever been asked to do what he does every night-face up with the ball and make something happen.
I love him as a player but I’m really afraid that it’s just going to be this type of season every season. Miss 10 games here, miss one every other week, catastrophic injury.
