It would be like James gandolfini plowing Dave chappelle. I can’t even fathom. I texted my dad the news and he is in disbelief, literally not buying it thinks Quincey lost his mind.

I'd argue more "nuts" than that. Pryor isn't my favorite stand-up (I actually prefer his movies) but if polled I think he'd be considered the most influential stand-up of all time among the top comedians of all time, Brando very much the same thing. It would be akin to Eddie Murphy and Tom Hanks. As for it being "true", Pryor and Brando were both known to be bisexual so it's not exactly mind blowing once you realize this fact.
Because everyone is naturally curious on some level whether they admit it or not...But some of these things are just downright wrong for him to be airing out there. Feels weird to almost applaud him for it. And a lot of this is about dead people. Is he gonna shit on Michael Jackson like that if he’s alive? He’s been talking spicey about him since his death. Does he reveal this prior Brando stuff if they’re alive? Probably not
Seems like a snake and a coward to me
Was great to finally find out who killed JFK! lol Â
Although I’m not sure why he’s so critical of McCartney as a musician.
I have a theory -- Jone's Ex Wife- Peggy Lipton was briefly linked with Paul McCartney before Jones started to go out with her.
There is a rumored story that McCartney was in LA and was going to hook up with Peggy Lipton but then Linda Eastman (Pauls' future wife) came out to LA . So McCartney ignored Peggy Lipton - leaving her outside his hotel trying to figure out what the hell happened .
By the way Rashida Jones is daughter of Quincy Jones and Peggy Lipton
Apparently he didn't even hide it. What's funny is my friends mom used to claim she knew a guy who slept with Pryor and we both sort of laughed it off. Now I believe it lol

McCartney's bass playing is pretty polarizing. I honestly think a lot of it is because he tended to favor relatively unorthodox instruments and tone for the overall style he played. He basically played the James Jamerson style his critics would approve of, but on basses like Rickenbackers that they'd scoff at. And with a pick too.
LMFAO!!! That was the greatest interview I've ever read.

Is U2 still making good music?

Didn't need Quincy Jones for that.

As they said on the radio this morning, when Pryor was joking about sucking dick and fucking dudes... he wasn't actually joking.
