How about Peyton for OC ?

Spider56 : 2/11/2018 11:59 am
Who better to put a game plan together, and mentor a young QB. Of course Eli would need to be quiet eating his chips but that’s a detail to be worked out. Have at it.
Only if he's

an advocate for Sumo wrestlers on the offensive line.
No thanks

He would not be interested in developing a QB, but rather making Eli look good
making Eli look good works

,
Peyton could be an OC ...

He basically was one the last few years of his career. He installed his offense in Denver and called the plays.

The problem is Shurmur would obviously want to install his offense. Peyton as OC would only work with a defensive minded head coach.

Isn't he part of the Manning Passing Academy, which is supposed to help young QB's develop? Or does he just sell pizza's there?

All kidding aside

I wonder if Peyton is interested in coaching at the college or NFL level. Eli too when finished.

Never heard either address it.
I'm sure he'd jump all over that opportunity,

for like $10M per year.
Has Peyton shown any interest in that role?

I would take a chance on him. Student of the game his whole life, well respected and best in the league at his position for many years. Shurmur, he and ELI would be a frmidable braintrust in game planning for sure.
