The Germans took Norwegian grown and developed food
and sent it back to Germany reducing the average Norwegians
diet by 40%. During the occupation of Norway, after reducing
the average Norwegian's diet the rate of heart disease
went down 50%. After war, Norwegians increased their diet
and within a few years were back to 'normal' amount of
heart disease. Check out also Okinowa/Japan same
phenomena.

is extremely moderate. (lol) I can either drink or
not drink. But for me as far as drinking no moderation.
I love alcohol more than it likes me. :(
