Draft Scout's Prospect Rankings.

Those projections make me think this individual has been in hibernation since week 4 of the college football season.

Eric refers to it in the links section as CBS Sports.com (NFL Draft Scout) And that's what I've always known it as. See below.

Is this very important? While I'd rather be accurate, you seem to be a lot more focused on debating the name, rather than discussing the substance of their rankings.

so when I clicked a link to CBS, I was annoyed. I think it only makes sense to use a referent correctly. Not sure why that's controversial.

So you shouldn't be taking anything personally. It's an honest mistake to make given that page.

You should check out the actual NFL Draft Scout website. It's a lot better.

cbssports.com had a pretty good draft site with scout's breakdowns by position and round. Something has gone terribly wrong there.

I think it's closer to draft time that they start to actually post content like good scouting reports, but it's too early still.

NFL Draft Scout used to be part of CBSSportsLine, but something changed in the past couple of years.

When sites post projections like that I totally discount anything they have to say.

You didn't click on the link. Its not a mock draft, its just their player rankings. They believe the SS is the second best player entering the draft. They have a couple of mocks that have the G-men taking Rosen; whom they rank as the 16th best prospect entering the draft. Their overall rankings for a few other QBs are: Rudolph - 10, Jackson - 14, Darnold - 19, Baker - 36, Allen - 120

I thought Rudolph looked on a par with other top QB's in the small amount of video I've watched of him. But I always realize I might be mistaken.

It seems many sites use other draft prospect sites, as well as popular buzz, as the primary source of their rankings.

we're looking at this class 5 years from now I wouldn't be shocked if Derwin was the best player to come from this class.

If only Eli was a few years younger...
